    2. The church is a 6-story building with a total site area of 303.80sq.m and total Gross floor area of 847.370sq.m. The facade is made up of light weight aluminum oval hollow section vertical trellis.

    3. The project involves A&A works to 950sqm of open office space, including a courtroom facility for the National Council on Problem Gambling dept.

    3. The project involves A&A works to 950sqm of open concept office environment with hot-desking and meeting room facility for MSF.

    3. The design brief calls for a 300 capacity kindergarten with a total GFA of 3800sqm comprising of Pre-Nursery, Nursery, kindergarten classes and activity rooms with ample playgrounds and 2 multipurpose halls.

    3. The project involves 500sqm of A&A works to redesign the existing exhibition hallway and the archives reading room for public access.

    Location: Singapore

    A 3-storey Intermediate terrace dwelling with a total Gross Floor Area of 289.27 and 3 spacious bedrooms. A Contemporary design with simple lines and light color scheme is used for this house.
