TIANJIN-01

TIANJIN-02  TIANJIN-03  TIANJIN-04

Corporate HQ, Steel Trading Centre and Business Hotel

Location: Tian Jin, China

The design concept of Tian Jin project was to create a centre square (connection hub) consisting of offices, a hotel block, shops and large indoor/outdoor public event spaces that surrounds the trading hub.

The glass/steel structure can be seen even from a distanace and will surely create a unique "WOW" factor in the city's skyline. The public spaces were planned in such a way that indoor spaces are closely intertwined with the outdoor promenade.

Great pains were taken to incorporate the river into the building's architecture. A river promenade gives tenants an added recreational avenue and acts as another magnet to draw in the crowds. Cafes and retail outlets along the promenade will be sure to bring in the crowds at any time of day or night.
