Quality Objectives

 The Management and Staff of M/S JPL CONSULTANTS aim to achieve the following Qulaity Objectives:

  • To ensure customer complaints not more than 3 cases per project (i.e. procedual error, late response etc)
  • To comply with legal requirements / written directions within the stipulated time frame set by the relevant Parties unless with 'valid' reason(s)
  • To have not more than one design re-submission to the relevant Parties for all the project
